Overview:

The R.E.C.O. club is a student-run green club supervised by school faculty.  This green club combines the science-based urban sustainability agenda with community service and volunteer work. The R.E.C.O. club is focused on promoting urban sustainability throughout the school and larger local community. Students are provided opportunities to organize campaigns to work on that range from community flower plantings to winter coat drives. Students will also gain understanding of plant science through horticulture and the proper care of both edible and ornamental plants.
