Medical Academy
The Academy of Medicine: The Academy of Medicine offers students the opportunity to explore careers in the health professions. Students enrolled in the Academy of Medicine take courses such as Introduction to Health Careers, Anatomy and Physiology, Advanced Placement Biology or Psychology, and Science Research Methodology. Students enrolled in the Academy of Medicine are also offered the opportunity to apply for membership in the prestigious Gateway to Medicine honors program through CCNY which offers several exclusive scholarship and enrichment experiences. Students in the Gateway program are also offered exclusive enrichment opportunities with the Sophie Davis School of Medicine located within CCNY.
