Students worked in teams to design and construct gingerbread houses using gingerbread, glue, and frosting for structure, with frosting and candy used to add decorative elements. The challenge encouraged problem-solving, teamwork, and thoughtful planning as students transformed simple materials into creative designs.
The finished gingerbread houses were proudly displayed the following week during our STEAM
Day exhibition, showcasing students' ingenuity and creativity to the wider school community.
