Today, Will Smith stopped by A. Philip Randolph Campus High School for a special screening of his upcoming show Pole to Pole.

today was a moment our students at Randolph won't soon forget Global Superstar Will Smith visited our campus to share his journey his wisdom and his heart with our students during a special screen training and discussion of his new project the way I see myself a powerful series that follows will as he travels the world Embraces new cultures and pushes himself far beyond his comfort zone throughout his visit will spoke lie about growth curiosity resilience and the importance of experiencing the world firsthand he encouraged students to travel explore take chances and never limit themselves based on where they come from his energy was infectious his words genuine and his presence inspiring the series which airs on Disney plus and Hulu reflects the Same Spirit he shared in the room openness courage and a willingness to learn learned through experience but the most memorable moment came at the end as he wrapped up will reminded everyone of the power of connection insisting that we all need more hugs and true to his word he didn't just say it he lived it as he exited will stop to hug students and faculty alike leaving behind Smiles laughter and a moment of pure Humanity an unforgettable day a powerful message and a reminder that sometimes inspiration shows up with open arms
