JV Basketball Boys have Advanced to the Second Round of the Playoffs

The following message is sent on behalf of Coach Joshua Rosa:

“Good Afternoon Randolph Family,

Hope this email finds you all well and you all are ready for the upcoming break. I was just looking give you all some positive updates before we all embark on our vacation week. JV basketball boys have advanced to the second round of the playoffs.

This past Wednesday we faced off against the 30th seed, Grady High school, and dominated our opposition to the tune of 81 to 58. Sylas Butler led the charge with 33 points, Miguel Pasion Santos scored 15 points but was of great help on the boards with 19 total rebounds. Saidou Cisse was tasked with guarding the top player on the other team and was able to hold the player to less than 15 points! Overall, it was a great effort by the entire team to put together the win!

We look forward to making you all proud, as we continue our journey to the championship this afternoon at 5pm, against John Jay High School, here at home. If anyone wants to stay and support us at our game, it is always appreciated. The team loves playing in front of their Randolph family!

As always, we continue thank you all for the effort you all put in to give the team an opportunity to represent Randolph on the basketball court. This community has been great to us!
